Job Title: Project Manager (Building Projects)

Industry: Construction (Main Contractor)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from construction phase through TOP and project completion

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Plan, monitor, and drive project schedules, key milestones, and recovery strategies

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve project matters

• Oversee subcontractors’ performance in terms of progress, quality, safety, and cost control

• Manage project budgets, variation orders, and contractual administration

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and achieve strong quality outcomes, including CONQUAS requirements

• Implement productivity improvements, lean construction practices, and buildability solutions

• Support tender submissions, construction methodologies, and pre-construction planning activities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in project management
• Experience managing large-scale or institutional building projects in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of programme management, contract administration, and site operations

Preferred

• Strong leadership and project ownership mindset
• Ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of contractual matters
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
