Job Summary

Manage B2B reporting, dashboard enablement, and reporting governance to improve data accessibility, KPI consistency, and business visibility. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely, and user-friendly reporting across BI, CRM, Finance, Product, and Sales platforms.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Support dashboard visibility, reporting usability, self-service capabilities, and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Maintain KPI governance, reporting structures, documentation, and ensure consistency of KPI definitions and reporting logic.
• Monitor reporting accuracy, data quality, reconciliation, and coordinate issue resolution across BI, IT, and business teams.
• Support integration of external datasets, market intelligence, competitor, and benchmark data to enhance reporting visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support reporting requirements, dashboard enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in reporting, dashboard enablement, analytics operations, or business reporting, preferably in telecommunications, B2B, or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of KPI reporting, reporting governance, dashboard ecosystems, CRM, BI, data warehouse, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, including data extraction, reconciliation, reporting validation, and dashboard enhancement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured reporting and dashboard solutions.
