Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to support Project Managers to achieve successful project management.

Duties And Responsibilities

 Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.

 Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

 Coordinate and supervise site work including liase with sub-contractors and supplier

 Liase with project manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project’s progress and any issues or concern

 Identify and resolve any problems or conflicts that arise during construction, taking prompt action to minimize disruptions

 Monitor and adherence to Safety and Health regulations and procedure at site

 Coordinate with internal department for any purchasing purpose

 Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation related to the project

 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and expenditures.

 To assist Project Manager in prepare Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, As-Built Drawing.

 Work with Project Administrator deliverables (i.e. meeting minutes; budget tracking; schedule updates; move management; closeout).

 Support other team members to achieve departmental goals and objective

 To attend site visit or perform site recce 

Requirements and Skills

 Minimum Diploma in Architectural, Civil or equivalent

 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time management

 Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

 Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

 Good oral and written communication

 Willing to travel and able to work independently / under minimal supervision

 Night work may require, depends on site requirements

 Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. 

 Knowledge in SketchUp and 3D Max or equivalent is an advantage
