Job Description
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
• Support inventory management and ensure proper food storage and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with diverse team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Job Requirements
• Basic culinary knowledge or relevant food service experience preferred
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Handler's Certificate advantageous)
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
