Senior Business Analyst with Life Asia Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Life Asia to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Life Asia.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within the Life Asia framework.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development team.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Support the testing process by developing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
