Business Analyst
Scope
Requirement gathering and Analysis
Participate in discussions with stakeholders and may propose solutions that will meet business objectives and document the solutions and business rules into the Business Requirement.
Collaborate with the stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed project timeline will not be impacted.
Translate the business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
Support the project to ensure prompt delivery and implementation with quality.
Functional design of the proposed solution ? integration, input/output, validations etc
Liaising and communicate with various stakeholders (application/tech teams, project team)
UAT support where QA's need help to execute test scenarios

Has initiative and is focused on delivery
A team player who can also work independently
Meticulous with good organization skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Experience
At Least 5 Year Of Working Experience Is Preferred
Knowledge in the insurance industry is advantageous.
Education
Diploma / Degree Or Equivalent Or Equivalent Professional Qualifications
