What You’ll Do

• Build and scale AI-powered content moderation systems for Bilibili’s global content distribution; translate platform policies and community guidelines into standardized model features to continuously improve precision and recall.
• Design end-to-end content moderation workflows and optimize review, escalation, and adjudication logic to maximize efficiency in human-AI collaboration.
• Develop AI tools for our global moderation console, including multilingual translation and cross-cultural understanding features, to improve reviewer accuracy and efficiency.
• Own product design for user reporting, appeals, response, and platform education to enhance trust and experience for users and creators.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Platform Governance / Content Safety / Moderation Platform Product Manager with a proven 0-to-1 track record. Experience at global video or social platforms is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of large language models and their applications in content safety & ecosystem governance, with the ability to design practical, platform-fit product solutions.
• Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel frequently for short-term business trips.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working across boundaries; passionate about new challenges with strong peer influence.
