Title: Dynamics Developer
Location: Singapore(Hybrid)
Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and optimize our CRM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) to align with business processes and drive digital transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules).
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, ERP)
- Write and debug code using C#, JavaScript, and .NET for Dynamics 365 CE extensions.
- Design and maintain Dynamics 365 portals (Power Pages) when required.
- Implement REST/OData APIs for data exchange.
- Provide end-user training and create technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and licensing policies.
- Recommend improvements for scalability and usability.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE(Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and security roles.
- Development skills: C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate.
