Artislite Wellness & Beauty is a holistic wellness and beauty organization dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve balance, radiance, and long-term well-being through education, mindful practices, and personalized care. Our inside-out approach integrates wellness education, nutrition guidance, mindful movement (Yoga & Pilates), skin health education, and lifestyle coaching to support sustainable self-care.

We are currently expanding our team and inviting motivated individuals to join our Wellness Revolution Project in Malaysia as Part-Time Health & Wellness Consultants.

Role Overview

This is a part-time, hybrid role with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The Health & Wellness Consultant will support clients through personalized consultations, wellness education, and ongoing coaching to help them achieve their health, fitness, and beauty goals. Full training, tools, and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized wellness and fitness consultations aligned with structured wellness programs and nutrition solutions
• Conduct wellness assessments, including body composition analysis using InBody (training provided)
• Develop tailored wellness and lifestyle plans based on individual goals and needs
• Educate clients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and responsible supplement use
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing guidance and motivation
• Conduct wellness education, coaching sessions, and group wellness programs
• Stay informed on industry trends in wellness, fitness, and nutrition

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong passion for health, wellness, and personal development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, resilience, and openness to learning in a performance-based environment
• Ability to manage time effectively across remote and in-person commitments
• Background or interest in wellness, nutrition, fitness, or healthy living
• Experience in wellness coaching, yoga, Pilates, or fitness training is an advantage
• Relevant certification or academic background is preferred
• Malaysian citizen
