JOB OVERVIEW 

This role will be responsible for working efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables, assisting in space planning and design activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records related to technical projects, specifications, and estimating, as well as providing technical expertise and support to other departments as needed. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collaborate with the Technical Services team to support architectural space planning and design for international/local projects, together with cost estimating tasks. 

• 2D presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively. 

• Provide expertise in local and international estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. 

• Work efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables. 

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to technical projects and specifications. 

• Support other departments as needed with technical expertise and assistance. 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years work experience. 

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role is a plus but not required 

• Proficiency in 2D and knowledge for 3D design software applications be a plus but not required (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). 

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes both local and international. 

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments. 

• Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is a plus.
