Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with flexibility for remote work.

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the growth and visibility of STEPDEX Academy by executing marketing initiatives, creating content, and supporting customer engagement efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and contributing to brand presence. This role requires a balance of creativity, organisation, and analytical thinking.

You are also expected to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, enhance content creation, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and manage content across digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, social media)
• Support campaign execution to drive engagement and lead generation
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with trainers to translate expertise into marketing content
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, content quality, and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Good communication and content creation skills
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
• Willingness and ability to learn and apply AI tools in marketing work
• Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Understanding of SME challenges is an advantage

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Care about meaningful, impact-driven marketing
