1. Tournament Sales

• Promote and sell participation slots for golf tournaments.
• Identify and secure sponsorships from corporate companies and business partners.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, packages, and presentation materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and attract new partners.
• Coordinate sponsor benefits such as branding, booths, and promotional opportunities.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Develop marketing plans to promote golf tournaments and club events.
• Manage social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design and distribute posters, flyers, and event advertisements.
• Update the club’s website and digital channels with tournament information.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and participant response.

3. Participant Registration & Customer Service

• Handle tournament inquiries and registrations.
• Coordinate payment collection and confirmation of entries.
• Liaise with participants regarding event details, schedules, and requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after events.

4. Event Coordination

• Work closely with the Golf Operations, F&B, and Banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in preparing event schedules, pairings, and tournament documentation.
• Coordinate prize-giving ceremonies and sponsor recognition activities.
• Ensure sponsor branding and marketing materials are displayed properly.

5. Corporate Relations

• Build relationships with corporate clients and club members.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare sales reports and event performance analysis.
• Track budgets, expenses, and revenue generated from tournaments.
• Maintain a database of sponsors, participants, and corporate contacts.
• Provide post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
