Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with subcontractor specialist/or trade subcontractor and prepare a work method statement, safe work procedures and risk assessment for the civil/building related works
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any challenges or delays
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections from RE/RTO or supervision team
• Closely monitor site works and keep well-organized electronic records, photos, and documentation with regular back-up as needed.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the quality of work and adherence to design specifications.
• Check/Rectification of all the structural drawing/ shop drawing if required.
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Works
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Good knowledge of local authorities’ requirements
• Positive attitude and good discipline and good team player
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be flexible working shifts (morning / night)
