Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Car Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team. This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, from lead generation and sales consultation to test drives and financing arrangements. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in communication, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through walk-ins, online inquiries, social media platforms, and live streaming activities
• Attend to customer inquiries professionally and provide suitable vehicle recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for potential customers
• Guide customers through the full sales process, including trade-in/appraisal, financing applications, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain good knowledge of vehicle inventory, product specifications, promotions, and financing options
• Ensure all sales records, customer data, and transaction documents are properly updated and organized
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales customer experience

Requirements

• Open to candidates with sales experience from any industry
• Background in automotive, retail, property, telco, insurance, or other target-driven sales environments will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident in engaging customers both offline and through digital/social media platforms
• Comfortable appearing on camera for live promotions and online sales activities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Possess valid driving license
• Malaysian citizen preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
