ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support business operations, identify trends, and help teams make informed decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Support ad-hoc data requests from teams

Reporting & Visualization

• Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Present insights in a clear and understandable format
• Support decision-making with data-driven findings
• Automate recurring reports where possible

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Assist with SQL queries and data extraction
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Support database and reporting systems
• Document analysis methods and reporting processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, and product teams
• Translate business questions into data analysis tasks
• Support strategic and operational decision-making
• Participate in meetings and requirement discussions
• Provide insights for business improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of statistics
• Strong problem-solving skills
