About the RoleWe are sourcing for a School Admin Team (SAT) Student Management Officer to support the school's student management and administrative operations. This is a school-based role requiring hands-on engagement with students and close coordination with school staff.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for student management — including recording of latecomers, management of confiscated items (e.g. handphones), and related documentation
- Draft student reports and maintain accurate records and case files
- Manage the after-school room where students gather for structured activities
- Design and facilitate afternoon engagement activities for students, in partnership with school staff
- Registered with the Ministry of Education (REMS) — mandatory, must be active by 31 May 2026
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience working with students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Pleasant disposition, people-oriented, able to connect with youths
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Stable school-based contract with structured working hours
- Meaningful work supporting student development
- Opportunity to work directly with school staff and contribute to a positive school environment
