VISCOY Pte. Ltd. is a leading provider of inspection technology and solutions for Asset Inspection and Maintenance (AIM) in Southeast Asia. AIM covers a wide range of techniques, including traditional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), and cutting-edge Robotics and Digital Technologies like AI, IoT, and more. These solutions are used for infrastructure inspection, maintenance, and condition monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting daily warehouse operation, including receiving inbound shipments, unboxing, and conducting product inspection.
   
2.  Assist in preparing outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
   
3. Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
   
4. Handle customer walk-ins for equipment collection and drop-off.
   
5. Assist in monthly inventory stock takes and stock management.
   
6. Prepare and organize equipment check in &out for sales personnel/field ops.
   
7. Support event and exhibition logistics coordination.
   
8. Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring availability.
   
9. Support in warehouse organization and continuous improvement through 5S practices.
