About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing design concepts, technical drawings, and project documentation to support various construction and fit-out projects.

This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual designs, layouts, and technical drawings for construction projects
• Develop detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and client requirements
• Assist in material selection and design presentations
• Support project execution from design development to completion

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and technical detailing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
