M&E Technical Officer / Mechanical Supervisor
Location: West / Punggol
Salary: $2800 - $3,200 Gross
Working Days: 5.5 days work week, need to work shift, rotate 3 shifts
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Carry out troubleshooting, repair and maintenance works for M&E systems
- Support daily building maintenance operations
- Attend to technical issues and ensure timely rectification works
- Coordinate with contractors and service teams when required
- Ensure maintenance works are carried out according to operational standards

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Building, Technical or Facilities Management related field
- At least 4 years related working experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in M&E troubleshooting and repair works
- Able to work independently and handle technical issues on site
- Good technical knowledge and coordination skills
