ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will assist in analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting decision-making through data and structured insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering

• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Support workshops and requirement discussions
• Translate business needs into clear documentation
• Assist in defining functional specifications
• Maintain accurate requirement records

Data & Business Analysis

• Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards
• Assist in identifying business problems and opportunities
• Provide data-backed recommendations

️ Process Improvement

• Review existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Support process optimization initiatives
• Assist in documenting SOPs and workflows
• Contribute to automation and improvement ideas
• Help improve operational efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with IT, operations, finance, and business teams
• Participate in meetings and project discussions
• Support testing and validation of solutions
• Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders
• Assist in project tracking and delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile or project environments is an advantage
