Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist (Zoho, API, etc.)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our tech stack, focusing on CRM workflows, communication automation, and AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize workflows and pipelines in Zoho CRM and HubSpot.

- Integrate WhatsApp Business API to automate customer communication.

- Collaborate on building internal programs using AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude AI).

- Execute technical SEO strategies and optimize for AI-driven search.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot.

- Proven track record with API integration (WhatsApp API is required).

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

- Understanding of technical SEO and AI search trends.

Contract Details:

- Duration: 8 months.

- Type: Contract (Project-based).

- Location: Klang.
