Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily production, delivery schedules, inventory control, and operational activities to ensure timely supply and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ice production and delivery operations
• Monitor stock levels, storage, and inventory movement
• Schedule and track delivery routes and driver assignments
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transport teams
• Prepare operational reports and delivery records
• Monitor workplace safety and hygiene standards

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or cold storage operations is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Office and manufacturing environment
• Shift-based working schedule
• 5 working days per week with 2 off days
• May require work on weekends or public holidays based on operational needs
• Frequent interaction with drivers, production staff, and customers

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
