We are a growing interior design firm seeking a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller of our projects, spending some time on-site tracking progress and capturing content and you will help us run our social media to attract customer.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Content Capture: Travel directly to active project sites to film, photograph, and document "before-and-after" or behind-the-scenes design progress.
• Social Media Execution: Edit, schedule, and publish engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) and photo posts showcasing our finished spaces and site progress.
• Multi-Channel Idea Generation: Proactively research and suggest local marketing avenues, such as direct mail flyers.
• Project Tracking Support: Keep a neat digital library of all project photos, video clips, and marketing assets organized by client name.

Requirements & Skills

• Willingness to Travel: Reliable transportation with company's vehicle and excitement about working on active, dusty job sites rather than just sitting at a desk.
• Mobile Content Creator: Confident using a smartphone to capture high-quality, steady video and basic editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
• Interest in Interior Design: A sharp eye for aesthetics, home decor, and visual details.
• Proactive Mindset: Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to post, but actively looks for unique angles to market our services.

Salary stated is the minimum we would like to offer, salary can be negotiated further.
