Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and payment records
  • Support basic accounting and finance tasks
  • Handle office documentation and staff records
  • Assist the Admin team with ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to multitask
  • Internship period: Minimum 3 months

Job Type: Internship

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Location: In person
