A. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Drive revenue across corporate companies
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy to achieve targets
B. Business Development & Pipeline Building
- Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients (SME & MNC)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (minimum 3x of monthly target)
- Develop partnerships with: o HR leaders & corporate decision-makers / Event agencies & training providers / Schools, universities & community organizations
C. Sales Execution & Conversion
- Lead sales process from lead generation → meeting → proposal → closing
- Ensure strong follow-up discipline and conversion tracking
- Personally handle key accounts and high-value deals
- Negotiate pricing, packages, and long-term contracts
D. Cross-Selling & Ecosystem Leverage
- Collaborate with Group of companies business entities to cross sale bundle training + resort packages / Drive higher-value corporate engagements
- Identify new revenue streams (e.g. themed retreats, packaged experiences)
E. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build and lead a sales team (as business scales)
- Set KPIs, track performance, and coach team members
- Ensure accountability in activity levels and conversion outcomes
F. Market Positioning & Commercial Strategy
- Provide input on Pricing strategies / Sales packages & promotions / Target market segmentation
- Work closely with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and lead flow
