Tanggungjawab

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangements
  • Generate D/O, Packing List and Invoices as well as arrange delivery orders
  • Monitor the accuracy of stock-in and stock-out and maintain stock levels.Stock check listing.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Responsibility To receive all items delivered by suppliers.
  • booking Transportation after received final confirmation of shipment with planner
  • To ensure overall product quality meeting required standards.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications /Requirements:

  • Minimum Certification /SPM/STPM/Diploma
  • At least 1-year Experience
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must be able to read, speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Have a valid driving license
  • Good Communication ability and teamwork
  • Good on attendance & punctual record
  • Able to work overtime if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
