In this role, you will be responsible for efficient inventory management, ensuring timely distribution of materials, and supporting seamless warehouse operations to facilitate production and overall business success.

What You'll Do

• Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records, track materials incoming and outgoing, and perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receiving & Inspection – Inspect and verify incoming materials and parts based on delivery orders, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards before storage.
• Issuance of Materials – Prepare and distribute raw materials and components as per production requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
• Storage & Organization – Properly label and store materials in designated locations, ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized.
• Stock Replenishment & Ordering – Monitor stock levels, assist the Warehouse Executive in forecasting inventory needs, and notify the purchasing team to reorder materials to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Waste Management & Disposal – Assist in handling the disposal of unused, expired, or defective materials in accordance with company policies.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders, and delivery notes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

What You'll Need

1. At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory control.

2. Ability to safely operate forklift to lift and handle heavy items.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
