Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional service experience to all customers.
- Assist customers with product selection by understanding their needs, preferences, and styling requirements.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and an organized environment at all times.
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on racks and displays in accordance with the boutique’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle product packaging and support the checkout and payment process accurately and efficiently.
- Support and participate in boutique sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance in line with the boutique’s brand image.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in retail or fashion-related roles.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
