Job Description
Responsibilities
i. Prepare import & export arrangement documents
ii. Liaise with oversea suppliers
iii. Prepare replenishment form / E-Goods to Order Sheet
iv. Issue PO for trade-in machines, new machines, tires, and forklift attachment
v. Cost reclassification for machines
vi. Submit sales acceptance form (SAF) for approval
vii. Respond to Whatsapp / email inquiries (majority on machines) and pass to salesperson
viii. Coordinate with finance and account; shipping and logistic department
ix. Assist Managing Director on daily operations
x. Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
