About the Role
Impiana Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily administrative, finance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Administrative Duties
- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare letters, reports, and internal documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office arrangements
- Maintain proper filing system for contracts, invoices, and company documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and purchasers when required
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative assignment
Accounts & Finance Duties
- Perform daily data entry into accounting system accurately
- Prepare invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and journal entries
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Monitor payment collections and outstanding balances
- Prepare bank reconciliation and update financial records
- Assist in monthly closing and finance-related reports
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment processing
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ensure proper filing
- Assist auditors, tax agents, and company secretary during audit or statutory matters
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and maintained properly
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in admin/accounts role is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
- Experience in property development, real estate, or construction industry will be an added advantage
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
