Your tasks:

• Responsible for sales management in the domestic market (Malaysia), including order intake, sales forecasting, and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Active market development and business growth through agents, consultants, contractors, and end users within the power and distribution transformer sector
• Preparation of high-quality commercial offers in compliance with internal guidelines and consistent maintenance of the sales pipeline
• Project coordination from order receipt to invoicing, including kick-off meetings, site visits, and alignment of technical and commercial requirements
• Close customer interaction and project coordination (schedule, budget, changes) in collaboration with internal departments such as Engineering, Controlling, and Finance
• Regular sales reporting and forecasting to the Head of Sales to ensure achievement of company objectives

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager within the Asian market
• Solid knowledge of power and/or distribution transformers and experience in project-based sales
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced with SAP systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in an intercultural business environment
• Structured and self-driven working style with strong decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills
