• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, devices, and network-related issues
• Manage and monitor daily office and facilities operations
• Coordinate maintenance, office assets, and operational requirements
• Support digitalisation and IT improvements within the organisation
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) for website updates, digital projects, and operational systems
• Assist in managing educational technology and operational support within the education industry environment
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams when required
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth operational workflow

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
