Tanggungjawab

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Lazada Logistics clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of customer issues and implement process improvements for a seamless logistics experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Lazada's logistics operations, staying updated on policies, procedures, and system updates to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to logistics and delivery services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing empathetic and effective resolutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to drive process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives, aligning with Lazada's logistics goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Fluent in English and local languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer demographics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Passion about improving both customer and seller experience.
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning.
  • Diploma / A-Level / Degree, Bachelor’s in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
