We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Executive to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our building facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems operate efficiently, coordinating maintenance activities, and monitoring the performance of technicians and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance, attendance, and work quality of maintenance technicians.
  • Assign tasks to technicians and ensure all maintenance jobs are completed according to schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, and fire protection systems, are functioning properly.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair works.
  • Review service reports and verify work completion by technicians and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repair history.
  • Monitor maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock of tools and spare parts.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, quotations, and budget recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and tenant complaints.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Experience supervising maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Property Management : 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
