Overall Job Responsibility

Perform PCB/PCBA rework, repair, ICT/FCT setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support production, quality, and testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB/PCBA rework, repair, and touch-up.
• Replace and troubleshoot SMT and through-hole components.
• Support ICT and Functional Tester (FCT) setup, conversion, and troubleshooting.Perform preventive maintenance for ICT and FCT equipment.
• Verify repaired units are tested and passed before release. Record rework and repair activities properly.
• Follow ESD, quality, and safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, fixtures, and work area in good condition.
• Support engineering on failure analysis and process improvement.
• Work overtime or shift when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in PCB/PCBA repair or electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Able to use soldering tools, multimeter, and basic repair equipment.
• Able to read schematics and work instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and quality conscious.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,750.00 - RM3,080.00 per month
