We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations and assist the finance team. This role involves administrative coordination, documentation management, and basic accounting support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports, including profit & loss summaries and quarterly estimates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (suppliers, clients, auditors).
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements when required.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good numerical and data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/invoicing systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
