Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend, promote, and explain products to customers based on their needs
• Ensure shop cleanliness, product arrangement, and stock replenishment are well maintained
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support daily retail operations and outlet activities

Requirements

• Experience working in a vape store is required
• Prior retail sales experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and quick to learn
• Honest, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willing to work on rotation shifts and at different outlet locations when required
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license
