Job Details

Position: Client Executive
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Break: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Location: No. 43-2-1 (2nd Floor), Jalan 1/48A, Sentul Perdana, Bandar Baru Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Executive to manage student relations, support enrollment processes, and ensure smooth daily operations at the tuition center.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for students and parents, handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and academic updates. You will also play an important role in maintaining strong relationships, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.

This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a student-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student inquiries, assist with registration processes, and ensure accurate documentation for new enrollments
  • Act as the main point of contact for students and parents, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage long-term participation in tuition programs
  • Ensure students are placed in suitable classes based on proficiency levels and availability, including schedule adjustments
  • Handle tuition fees, payment follow-ups, and provide clear billing information
  • Track student attendance, performance, and progress, and provide updates or reports to parents when needed
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting tuition programs via social media, referrals, and events
  • Assist in organizing workshops, events, and open days to engage students and parents
  • Maintain student records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with tutors to align on student progress and academic support needs
  • Handle complaints or disputes professionally while maintaining service quality and reputation
  • Provide feedback to management for improving student experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Education, Business, Administration, or related field
  • Experience in customer service, education, or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Comfortable working evening shifts (1.00 PM – 11.00 PM)
