Senior Functional Solution Analyst (Senior Executive / Lead)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Solution Analyst with strong experience in Digital Banking projects to join a leading banking client in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Analyze system impact and integration requirements
• Develop test cases, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT activities
• Support deployment, implementation, and post go-live activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable banking solutions
• Provide training, documentation, and implementation support

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Functional Analysis / Business Analysis
• 7+years Experience in Digital Banking domain is mandatory
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Banking
• Payments & Transfers
• QR Platform / Marketplace
• Loyalty & Engagement
• Insurance & Investment
• Ability to review BRD and create FSD
• Experience with JIRA, HP QC, or similar tools
• Good understanding of system integration and functional flows
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, PHP, Go, Python, Shell scripting, or Unix commands is an added advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to payment switch, stock exchange, central bank integrations, or third-party systems
• Banking project implementation experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
