Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibility

• Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly closing
• Support preparation of financial reports, summaries, and schedules
• Process staff claims and supplier payments
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, vendors)
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
