Job description:

• Responsible for development, management and monitoring of all aspects of the production function including hygiene.
• Responsible for insuring the quality, food safety and consistency of all ORGABIO Foods products
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Responsible of enforcing company rules and regulations
• Repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety
• Standards Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems
• Performing maintenance of electrical systems
• Assisting in the setup of machine and other systems
• Responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises.
• A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
• The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed
• Responsible for maintaining all safety & hygienic related initiatives including, but not limited to, safety & hygienic programs and incentives
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the operations to help meet production specifications and product standards, as well as reduce overall cost, maximize productivity and profitability
• Support the compliance with, and maintenance of, all food safety and regulatory programs
• Support the compliance with, and maintenance of, all customer specification requirements
• Responsible for effective interaction with other internal management
• Responsible for maintaining a high product service level to all customers
• Responsible for the supervision, development, and motivation of employees
• Verify machine control settings for accuracy and performance
• Responsible for maintaining production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
• Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
