Tanggungjawab

  • Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
  • Process invoices, payment requests, staff claims, and reimbursements with proper supporting documents and approvals.
  • Prepare payment schedules and assist in online banking and treasury-related activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and other accounting reconciliations on a timely basis.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and finance filing systems.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of accounting schedules and reports.
  • Assist in preparing management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis schedules.
  • Monitor project-related expenses and assist in tracking project costs and operational expenditures.
  • Assist in preparing cash flow monitoring schedules and operational finance reports.
  • Coordinate and attend to audit queries by preparing audit schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and information requested by internal and external auditors.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, auditors, bankers, and external parties on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, financial procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in SST, taxation, and other regulatory documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Support implementation and improvement of finance SOPs, reporting templates, and operational processes.
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounting data within the accounting system.
  • Prepare Microsoft Excel reports, schedules, and templates for operational and management reporting purposes.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises as required by Management.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager or Management from time to time.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Professional qualification or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MIA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting functions.
  • Experience in project-based, IT, healthcare, or service industries is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling audit support, reconciliations, and operational finance activities is preferred.

Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and finance operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and ERP environments.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
