- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Malaysian market landscape.
- Drive brand awareness through digital marketing, social media, events, and PR campaigns.
- Oversee content development, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine positioning.
- Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and succession planning.
4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights
- Conduct market research to understand Malaysian customer needs, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
- Monitor economic conditions and regulatory requirements affecting the Malaysian market.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and product teams.
- Engage with external stakeholders including agencies, media, and industry bodies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums in Malaysia.
6. Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets effectively.
- Track ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
