1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute integrated sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals.

2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Malaysian market landscape.
• Drive brand awareness through digital marketing, social media, events, and PR campaigns.
• Oversee content development, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine positioning.
• Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies.

3. Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets.
• Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and succession planning.

4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights

• Conduct market research to understand Malaysian customer needs, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
• Monitor economic conditions and regulatory requirements affecting the Malaysian market.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and product teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders including agencies, media, and industry bodies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums in Malaysia.

6. Budget & Performance Management

• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets effectively.
• Track ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
