Position: Junior Executive / Executive Internal Audit
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: SS19, Subang Jaya

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Junior Executive level)
• 1–3 years working experience in internal audit, compliance or risk management (Junior Executive)
• 3–5 years working experience in internal audit, compliance or risk management (Executive level)
• Basic understanding of audit, risk and compliance processes
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication, analytical and report writing skills
• Willing to travel for site visits when required

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal audit planning and audit fieldwork activities
• Conduct interviews, document reviews, site inspections and process checks
• Evaluate internal controls, compliance and operational effectiveness
• Prepare audit working papers, findings and audit reports
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions
• Support risk management activities and update risk registers
• Assist in compliance checks with company policies, SOPs and ISO standards
• Conduct site visits and verify implementation of procedures
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
