Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials as required
2. Billing & Documentation
- Support invoicing, billing, and payment-related documentation
- Verify accuracy of invoices and supporting documents
- Liaise with finance team for billing discrepancies and updates
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, finance, operations)
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers when required
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and deliveries
4. Data Entry & Reporting
- Update and maintain data in internal systems (e.g., SAP or ERP systems)
- Generate weekly/monthly administrative and operational reports
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
5. Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies
- Assist in audits and documentation checks
- Support process improvement initiatives when needed
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
