Tanggungjawab

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and delivery arrangements accurately.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support after-sales service and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly customer service reports.
  • Support administrative and documentation tasks when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
