Job Description
- Lead ad-hoc, cross-functional projects that support seller growth, ensuring alignment, execution of initiatives and meeting timelines;
- Identify and proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution;
- Contribute to whiteboarding sessions and team discussions with insights and ideas;
- Consolidate, validate and refine data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Create and maintain dashboards to measure performance, visualize programme performance metrics and drive strategic decisions;
- Conduct in-depth analysis for projects, identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, optimization levers and other relevant performance indicators for decision making;
- Set up regular communication channels to keep stakeholders informed on project status and resolve blockers;
- Support leadership with strategic insights, business cases, and presentations for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field;
- Has at least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in advisory, consulting or business planning & analytics role;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and has strong stakeholder management to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, dashboarding and comfortable working with data;
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English;
- Flexible, resourceful, and a strong team player.
