Company Description


Upwork had partnered with an enterprise client who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator – Sales Operations & AR Specialist to support sales operations, reporting, customer claims management, and accounts receivable processes across commercial systems.

This role will play a key part in maintaining reporting accuracy, supporting reconciliation activities, managing customer-related claims, and ensuring operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.


Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports including inventory tracking, purchase order tracking, trade promotion accruals, billing data, and accounts receivable reporting
  • Support incentive calculation processes and validate sales data accuracy
  • Manage customer claims (deductions, rebates, returns, and pricing discrepancies) and perform accounts receivable reconciliation activities, including claim aging and billing issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing structures, and contract records within internal systems; assist with rebate agreements and contract administration
  • Identify process discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc coordination and administrative support for sales operations

Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in sales operations, accounts receivable, claims management, or commercial administration (FMCG or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated expertise with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, and data reconciliation methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable processes, customer claims management, rebates, and returns administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven capability to manage large, complex datasets with precision and accuracy
  • Strong organizational discipline and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while consistently meeting established deadlines
  • Professional communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across functional departments and organizational levels
  • Self-directed work approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to identify and resolve operational challenges independently

Additional Information


Engagement Type:
40 hours/week
Duration: 6 months – 1 year, with possibility of extension
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
