Our hotel is a fast-growing hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Manage room reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in the hotel system (PMS)
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Handle payments, deposits, and daily cash balancing
• Manage phone calls, emails, and general reception duties
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Previous experience in hotel front office is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused
• Able to work in shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Basic computer skills; familiar with PMS is a plus
